1) Payment
The registration fee is 670€ (Deadline: 1st April 2024).
The fee includes the participation to the conference, three nights and full board in Scopello. A transfer from the airport of Palermo and Scopello is included too. More information on the transfer will be available soon.
One fee allows you to present max one abstract.

2) Data use/privacy statement
When you register to the 4th edition of the Aerospace PhD Days, your personal data will be stored in a database following the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable national legislation. Your personal data will be used by the Conference organizers for administration purposes.
By attending the 4th edition of the Aerospace PhD Days, you consent to the release of photography, audio recording, video recording, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such information to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by 4th edition of the Aerospace PhD Days, its partners/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may also be used to promote similar events in the future.
You will receive, via e-mail, information about future events and as 4th edition of the Aerospace PhD Days organizers we may also send you information on behalf of our partners and exhibitors.
Neither the 4th edition of the Aerospace PhD Days organizers nor the provider of the Conference software can be held liable for incorrect data.
3) Cancellation policy
No refunds are possible in case of cancellation
Should you be unable to attend, you may, however, be substituted by a colleague. Name changes must be made in writing and sent to info@aidaa.it
