Registration fees include:
- Regular delegates and students:
attendance at the congress sessions, welcome reception on Tuesday, lunches Tuesday to Friday, coffee/tea and water through the days, and congress bag. - Accompanying persons:
attendance at the welcome reception on Tuesday.
Social Dinner:
The ticket is not included in the registration fee. The social dinner ticket is 80 euros. The number of seats at the social dinner is limited to about 450, and reservations will be closed as soon as that limit is reached.
Pre-conference Course:
Participation in the pre-conference course is not included in the registration fee. The participation fee for the course is 80 euros. The maximum number of participants in the pre-congress course is limited to about 100, and registration will be closed as soon as this limit is reached.

2) Data use/privacy statement
When you register to the Aeroacoustics Conference 2024, your personal data will be stored in a database following the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable national legislation. Your personal data will be used by the Conference organisers for administrational purposes.
By attending the Aeroacoustics Conference 2024, you consent to the release of photography, audio recording, video recording, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such information to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Aeroacoustics Conference 2024, its partners/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may also be used to promote similar events in the future.

3) Cancellation policy
No refunds are possible in case of cancellation
Should you be unable to attend, you may, however, be substituted by a colleague. Name changes must be made in writing and sent to info@aidaa.it
